Stockland, Calleya (WA)

Our second O fountain at a Stockland community was installed at the new Calleya Town Centre in Western Australia.

Stockland has joined forces with us to fight the war on waste by providing water refill fountains that double as works of art.

We all know our consumption needs to move away from single-use products so we can reduce the negative impact on our planet 🌏 . Accessing public water in an appealing way is one strategy to encourage the use of tap water, end our unsustainable consumption of bottled water and minimise plastic waste.

We believe every new development or reimagined public space should offer a contemporary, delightful water access point to refill at, like the example pictured.

The art on this fountain is from internationally renowned Dutch artist Amok Island. Based in Western Australia he has painted beautiful murals in over 25 countries and exhibited his work in Australia, Netherlands, and Japan. Nature and conservation is a strong theme in his work.

The art references the critically endangered Grand Spider Orchid, local to the area. The art references the critically endangered Grand Spider Orchid, local to the area and we are over the moon he has turned his talent to this O fountain!

We help ensure public water access takes pride of place in a way that is sustainable, appealing, and contemporary.

Plus the O fountain provides a platform for local artists to showcase their art, we love that. ❤️
