TEDxSydney 2019 (NSW)

The O initiative was invited to showcase the O fountain at TEDxSydney 2019, an event of over 5,000 people that encouraged ideas worth sharing.

We created a live art installation within the experiential 'Hub" with artist Jeff McCann painting a design reflective of the theme of the conference, 'Legacy.  This showcased how Art can enhance public space and raise awareness of sustainability.

The event encouraged thinking outside the box and the O fountain helped illustrate that if we make public drinking fountains an inviting experience our infrastructure can add social and environmental value to people and place.

Art has the ability to move people emotionally. It captures attention, creates surprise, engagement and enjoyment.

A great way to inspire and engage your community is with a ‘live’ art demonstration, bringing a fountain to life.

This type of activation raises awareness around sustainability and is fabulous at all sorts of events - community festivals, council events, internal conferences, fundraising days.

What a great way to engage people and leave a legacy behind in your community!
