Central Equity, Newgate I (VIC)

Come see how we created a little magic in this new master-planned community. 

We worked with Central Equity Limited to add value to the Newgate community in Tarneit Victoria. The client vision required us to help bring a new development to life and turn a local space into a celebrated and welcoming area by adding an element of sensory stimulation and intrigue. 

Central Equity has done this by adding four O fountain’s to arouse the senses, incite curiosity and offer a sustainable water refilling option for local families playing at the park. 

A call out for local artists in collaboration with Wyndham City Council ensured we tapped the expertise of local community artists to communicate a vision that represented their hood. 

By adding art in the park it brings the area to life in a friendly, interesting and sustainable way. 

The O fountain in the image is by artist Jessica Jane Rule. Jessica's work can be described as whimsical and feminine with interests in nature and animals. Her detailed drawings are inspired by nature and traveling, often visualising flora and fauna she has referenced with self captured photography when exploring.

This O fountain is centered around a park. Parts of the playground are featured in the illustration along with surrounding plants, birds, and a few friendly dogs!
